Our terms of service are very simple. We strive to provide a useful, free service that connects people who love to write about anything related to cars with people who love to read about cars.


Authors

  • You promise that you own the copyright on any material you submit.
  • All articles submitted will be relevant to car enthusiasts and between 350 - 1000 words.
  • You grant free publishing/reprinting authorization to Car Purchase and anyone associated with Car Purchase, as well as anyone who desires to download and publish an article, provided they adhere to these Terms of Service.
  • All self-serving links will only be permitted in the "About Author" section. You can link to other articles on Car Purchase if they are relevant from within the article body of submitted content.
  • You certify that you have reviewed all links in the article and "About the Author" box, and none lead to websites with illegal, pornographic, warez, or hate content, websites that sell or promote the sale of pharmaceuticals on the internet, websites that allow or promote gambling on the internet, or any website containing or associated with such things.
  • You may not submit any article that contains illegal, pornographic, warez or hate content, or links to any site containing such content.
  • You may not submit any article that discusses or links to sites that sell or promote the sale of pharmaceuticals on the internet.
  • You may not submit any article that discusses or links to sites that allow or promote gambling on the internet.
  • Please submit each article to the most appropriate category possible. If there is no appropriate category, please suggest one. You can suggest a category through the contact us page here
  • Submission is no guarantee that your article(s) will be published.

Publishers

  • You must not alter the articles in any way.
  • You must leave intact all links within the article and in the "About the Author" box.
  • You must leave intact the attribution and link to Car Purchase.
  • You must not display our articles on any site with illegal, pornographic, warez, or hate content, or any website containing or associated with such things.
  • You may not sell these articles individually, in a compilation, as part of any product, or in any way whatsoever.
  • You should only use articles from this site if your site is related to cars - and even then, you should limit the amount of articles you use, otherwise overuse may incur penalities from search engines for duplicate content. The best way to use material on Car Purchase is credit and link to the original article as the source of your own unique article derived from the content here.

We retain the right to make the ultimate decision about what sites Car Purchase articles may appear on.


General

  • No articles published in this site will be permitted to be used in spam campaigns.
  • No affiliate links will be permitted in any article content submitted by users, although there may be some affiliated links in articles submitted by site staff (the affiliated link may be altered when the article is syndicated, but other links must remain as normal).
  • Car Purchase reserves the right to accept or refuse inclusion of any article submitted.
  • Deep linking or excessive self-serving promotional links may be edited or removed by Car Purchase staff.
  • Articles that link to download files or .exe files are not permitted.
  • Articles should contain enough content and substance to be stand alone and not direct visitors to finish reading an article at another location.
  • Articles published are free of charge for publishing and any author or publisher that charges for their article or service are requested not to submit articles or publish any articles from this database.
  • Authors may link to other articles already on this site if they are relevant to their own article and may link to authority sites such as the car manufacturer page for any car model.

Disclaimer

Car Purchase accepts no liability for inaccurate or misleading articles that appear in the database. We do try and keep only interesting and useful articles in the database but cannot possibly check every link source that each article links to. Car Purchase articles are provided by staff and third parties and we do not endorse any of the articles, we simply approve them if they meet our guidelines. All publishers and authors hereby hold Car Purchase exempt from any propriety issues that may arise from published articles.
